How do i fix the choking on my 2008 Keeway Superlight?

My bike (2008 Keeway Superlight) has 23500 kilometers (about 14600 miles) on it and recently i ran into a major problem. It started to choke, die, losing torque ONLY in FIRST gear. In the rest of the gears it runs just fine. i tried changing the piston and piston rings, new spark plug, new and different oil (i usually pour Motul 7100 10W/40 in it now i poured Motul 5100 10W/40) i also partially checked electrical installations, i got completely new clutch, i delivered the carburettor to mechanic and he said there is nothing wrong with it and im running out of ideas. If you put the choke on does it get better or worse,and have you checked the valve clearances are right.
